This Digital Scales give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Great for mixing drinks!
This scale rocks! It looks very sleek and modern -- and yet it feels sturdy enough withstand the common dangers present in the kitchen. The simplicity of design is a big plus, as I didn't even have to read the manual. If you've never had a kitchen scale before, this will revolutionize the way you cook. It's especially helpful for recipes that require very small and precise measurements -- such as when mixing cocktails. Just put the drink on the scale, tare it, and keep pouring until it reads out the desired amount. This saves the trouble of fumbling around for measuring cups or spoons, and avoids the inevitable spillage. It makes you look like a pro when you can measure things out with such apparent ease, and it leaves you with fewer utensils to clean up!

2. Superb kitchen scale -- Beautiful form + function!
I love my new scale! It's super easy to use right out of the box and has been very accurate and precise - measures the same regardless of the placement on the glass surface. It's also very fast, has a small footprint, and a svelte design.

Great for baking - I can finally make perfect madeleines and it's easy to clean afterwards, too. Being a nerdy scientist, I also like to weigh everything - like how much less my bread weighs after toasting due to loss of water! :)

I originally went to the Cook's Illustrated site to get their recommendation. They said Oxo Good Grips. So did a chef friend. I got it. I'm old and need light to see. I'm taring, putting something into a bowl or tray and then adding something else. The light would go out and I'd have to turn it on again. I measure in grams. OXO thinks I should measure in lbs so it starts each time I turn it on with that measure. I have to reset it to grams. Then as I added material, the scale seemed to take a long time to catch up with the weight of what I was adding. I used that scale for several months but each morning as I used the scale, I started my day frustrated. Enough! Time for a better morning experience!

I've been using the Finesseur scale for a few weeks now. It starts with whatever unit of measurement I was using when I shut it off. The light stays on so my old eyes can see. The scale seems to quickly catch up with volume as I add to my bowl or container. I start my morning in...
