1. Don't Over Pay
The Joseph Joseph web site sells this item for only $39.99 with Free Shipping. The original price was only $64.99. So I was pretty shocked to see them being sold here for as high as $80.00. The product is good, but lets face it, we are talking about paying $40-$80 dollars for very simple and pretty small cutting boards. Its not the boards you are paying the price for, its the asthetics. They are cute and unique. But, because the boards actually make contact with each other in the holder, that kind of defeats the purpose of having multiple boards for various food types. If you are responsible enough to clean each board after each use to the point of sanitizing them, then you probably don't need multiple boards in the first place. If you are not, then you are simply cross contaminating the boards in the holder.

Loved the chopping boards. Bought everyone this item for New Years as a gift!. I have it in my kitchen and it looks great and is easy to clean.

This is a nice chopping board set, even though it's all plastic, it looks nice on the counter and has a very slim profile
