This All Products give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Legacy wine opener
Legacy Wine opener was purchased as a gift for my husband's May 31st birthday - tonight, June 23, 2008 - less than one month later - it broke opening a bottle of wine. It does not have sufficient strength to open wine bottles. Approximately only a dozen bottles were opened before failure. Poor internal workmanship. I previously owned one of these from The Wine Enthusiast that worked for over 12 years. Very unhappy with this now broken and useless product!

2. Never worked properly - then broke
This opener never worked properly. It was rough to use, often broke the corks halfway in the bottle - or didn't remove them at all. Then it broke entirely. I upgraded this review a notch because the company finally stepped in and offered a replacement. I've had 2 other portable units of theirs break as well, but they replaced those as well. Good service, but they need to work on a more durable opener design.

Having trouble...
I think this product looks beautiful in our wine area. We purchased the bronze version and the stand (it's not attached to a bar). However, after three attempts, all three times the cork was pushed INTO the bottle. We've tried going from front to back and back to front. It's upsetting because we have no instructions, collect the corks, and it's difficult when pouring the wine. I'd appreciate it if the company contacted me to explain what we're doing wrong because I love the look of it.
