Vinturi Set of 2 Essential Wine Aerators for Red and White Wine

Deals for Vinturi Set of 2 Essential Wine Aerators for Red and White Wine
==================================================================

Red wine needs to breathe to allow it to open up, release its intended aromas, and of course, make it taste better. Vinturi's patent pending design speeds up this process by instantly aerating with ease and convenience. White wine needs to breathe too. It is a longstanding myth that white wine does not need aeration. The truth is that white wine displays the same improvements with aeration as red wine. Vinturi white is the most effective way to aerate white wine. Taste your wine the way the wine...
  • Set of two innovative wine aerators--one for red wine and one for white wine
  • Produce better bouquet, enhanced flavors and smoother finish
  • Simply hold over a glass and pour wine through--Vinturi draws in and mixes the proper amount of air for the right amount of time
  • Aerator made of acrylic and includes no-drip stands for each aerator; dishwasher safe
  • White wine aerator includes machine washable travel pouch; red wine aerator includes screen

This Wine Pourers give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Vinturi Wine Aeators
I bought the pair of these (for red and white wines) because Amazon's price for a bundle was very good. So, when they arrived, I grabbed a bottle of red and a bottle of white wine and did some taste comparisons with the wife. We tasted a wine before and after aerating. I have to say, if nothing else, these things are very entertaining. When you pour wine into the top and it comes out the bottom into your wine glass, the wine bubbles loudly and it makes you laugh - very entertaining for a party. The difference is very noticeable. Wine run through the aerator is smoother and has more flavor. Nobody has ever guessed wrong about whether a wine was aerated or not. The quality of wine affects how the aerator works. A really bad wine may become drinkable, but don't expect it to become even good. On the other hand, a mediocre wine can become quite drinkable. So, your mileage will vary, but you should taste the difference clearly. I liked them so much, I bought another package and sent it to...

2. All the rage in Solvang
I am in no way a wine snob. But, the GF loves to consume wine. I may have a glass a week, she's closer to one a night. So, the idea of decanting a whole bottle to allow it to breathe before serving makes sense, but you kinda have to drink the whole bottle that night. When you're entertaining, no problem. But, if you just want to pour a glass for yourself, it's really hard to commit to decanting a whole bottle.

So, I bought the kit (with the electronic wine opener, which is great fun). Now, it is a two handed operation. You have to hold the aerator in one hand, bottle in the other, glass on the table. If you don't pour fast enough, the air doesn't get sucked in through the side holes. If you pour too fast, you run the risk of overflowing. But, to be honest, it's pretty simple and you get the hang of how fast to pour and you can hear the sucking sound (which sounds odd, but it's a clear sign of air being infused with the wine). So, that's as tricky as it gets...

Works great but i can not tell the difference from the red / white
My wife drinks wine daily and as such we are always going on wine tastings and trying new wine bars. She recently saw the Vinturi Wine Aerators and tasted the wine she was hooked...this was the only thing she asked for at Christmas time. She received the Red and the White Aerators (at the time she did not even realize they made one for white) The boxes / packaging are the exact same except one says red and the other says white. There is no explanation of how they differ or how they areate differently. For kicks we did a blind taste test using red wine poured thru both and white poured thru both....no difference to our tastes (everyone tastes are different so you may have a refined wine taste). So I would suggest you just save your money and buy the red aerator and use for both (most wine shops only sell the red one so it the easier of the two to find).

As far as using the Aerator it is a must for the serious wine drinker. I thought it was a gimmick at first but I am...

Bormioli Rocco Giara Bottle Set of 6, Sky Blue

Bargain Bormioli Rocco Giara Bottle Set of 6, Sky Blue
==================================================================

The fine tradition of the Bormioli Rocco Group coincides with the very history of glass: the first glassworks was established in Parma in 1825. The company has always demonstrated a great drive to pioneer innovation: in machinery, materials and design. Over the years it has developed a special talent, that of combining time-honoured craftsmanship and the passion of master glassmakers with modern industrial processes. Bormioli Rocco is the leading company in its sector in Italy and a great ambass...
  • Set of 6 bottles with stopper
  • Capacity: 33 3/4-ounce
  • Extra strong decorated glass
  • Dishwasher safe
  • Great gift idea

This Wine Pourers give to us some advantages, like this :
1. 2nd order
This order arrived in perfect condition. Each bottle was bubble wraped and so was the box. Noting broken...The product is of good quality.

2. Very nice bottles!
I got the box of 6 bottles. I kept three, gave the other three away to parents, sister, etc...
The quality is very nice, the cap is also well made and nice.
I normally use them when I have people come over because the bottles really look very nice, plus I have a couple of pitchers that I normally use for the "everyday" meals. When I use them I keep two with still water and the other one with sparkling water. With a nice table set it kinda looks like a table at a french bistro or italian restaurant. I am no snob but it's nice to have these things and show them off every once in a while.
My mother on the other hand, uses the bottle everyday and it also looks very nice.
Completely recommend these bottles.

cheaper looking than I expected
The color of these bottles is very pretty, just like the photo. But they feel kind of cheap - the seam is prominent. The hinge caps are strong, no leakage when full bottle is stored on its side. But here too, it's kinda skimpy; the stopper seems a little undersized and doesn't seat nicely.

In the end I think they are overpriced, but where else are you going to get blue hinge cap bottles?

==================================================================

Baggy Wine Coat gives the popular Bag in Box wines a casual but stylish look. Simply take the wine bag out of the box, place it in the Baggy Wine Coat and close the flexible top. There is room for an ice pack too, if you prefer to have your wine chilled. A rubber bottom makes sure the Baggy Wine Coat does not tip over - neither on the dinner table, nor on the lawn. If you want to take your wine with you, just grab the handle and go! A handy and aesthetic solution for all bag-in-box wines! Do you...
  • This wine coat is designed for a wine bag from a 31 Bag-in-Box
  • The opening fits all standard taps and it's easy to lift and carry by the broad, soft rubber belt
  • The size can be adjusted by rolling or folding the belt and it stands stably on a non-slip rubber base
  • If the wine is to be served chilled, there is room for a cold pack
  • Fill with any beverage you like when used with disposable Beverage Bag (sold separately)

This Wine Pourers give to us some advantages, like this :
1. great concept but........
Product is well constructed and works as described. The only draw back is you're stuck with buying box wine. I was hoping that empty bags would be available so the user will have the option to fill whatever liquid you want. ( water,wine,vodka). I have tried to remove the spout on the empty wine bags without success. I would give it 5 stars if replacement bladder bags were available.

2. Great to-go accessory
This is the second of this item we purchased. Though it is pretty pricy it is very well made. Fits a small wine bag perfectly with room for an ice pack or two. The rubber bottom is very stable and hold a full bag perfectly upright. Works best with the bags that have a push button valve but works with the twist valves as well.

Excellent for porch sitting no running back in the house for a refill and less trouble than an ice bucket.

We have the black color, I tie a scarf around the handle to dress it up and camouflage the valve and presto our wine glasses at events are never empty!

Really helps my addiction!
Have you ever been dining at a fine establishment and their wine just wasn't plentiful enough for you? Of course. We ALL have! And sipping obviously from a hip flask just doesn't send the right message when you're dining under a Michelin star or two. No, when you want to look your best and still keep drinking, nothing says CLASS like putting your glass under the tablecloth for a moment or two and opening the spigot on this elegant little number. Sure, the "piddling" noise gives some diners a start, but if you dine in fine establishments like I do, the other patrons are usually to polite to mention it. Usually. And the best part is, you can get totally spiffligated in front of people and they'll be utterly confused. "Why, she can't be DRUNK. Her glass hasn't been empty all night!" See what I mean, girls? Reputation intact. And the 32-oz size ensures I can uncork several of my favorite $300-a-bottle vintages and be ready for anything: Junior's Little League...
