1. A good quality set
My wife was craving cheese fondue so I shopped around and decided on this one. Sooo much better than the el-cheapos that were all over the place. The heavy cast-iron heats up evenly on the stove and it has a nice comfortable handle. Clean up afterwards was easy. The stand is solidly constructed, quite stable, and protects the tabletop. The burner works well with gel, though it takes a half dozen wooden matches to get it going enough to sustain the flame, and goes down to a good simmer. About the only minus I can think of is there's no way to tell the forks apart.

2. Doing Fondue with your Sweetie
This pot is heavy cast iron and uses a flamable gel (not NAPALM) heat source to keep things warm. I thought about getting an electric fondue pot, but who wants a cord around to trip over? An electric source also limits you on where you are going to serve this. I choose the black color because a fire source is used and I would not have to worry about cleaning black marks off a lighter color. The ceramic inside makes for an easy clean-up.

Fondues are fun and a pleasant way to dine with a friend or friends.

I love my new Swissmar Lugano cheese fondue pot! It is made of heavyweight enameled cast iron and the stand is sturdy so I had no worry either of scorching from the heat source or tipping from a flimsy set up, both of which I've experienced with other pots. It is also a good, generous size, plenty enough capacity for the recipe I followed. Another nice thing is you can use the gel burner packs or you can fill the burner with liquid fuel, both will work. The black finish is nice, it goes with anything and doesn't give me flashbacks to the 1970's!

This Serrated Utility Knives give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Not as useful as I had hoped it would be.
Bought this when it came up in my Gold Box. As a fan of the Wusthof classic line, I thought it would be a useful addition to my other knives. Yes, it is well made, earning it three stars.

On the minus side, its serrated edge makes it less useful as a paring knife, as I can attest from having cut myself several times on those serrated points. For mincing, I much prefer either the smaller of my chef's knives or even a 4 inch utility knife. Unfortunately, the blade is too short and too curved to work well as a tomato slicer.

Over time mine I noticed that kitchen "helpers" in the family would reach for it--the novelty factor--use it briefly, and return to an old favorite, i.e., one of the standard paring knives, the 4 inch utility knife, or one of the chef's knives. As a result, this knife has been relegated to storage with the specialty knives in a bin at the back of the drawer with other knives we use only rarely.

2. "That's my knife"
This is a gem of a knife. It is new to me, but I already know that it will be the knife that I use most. It is razor sharp. The handle is very comfortable; feels like it was tailor made to fit into your hand. You know how most of us have a favorite kitchen knife that we use over and over again and we would go absolutely ballistic if somebody were to take our knife, well this is that knife. I have had several paring knives and this the the best by far. Amazing how something so small can bring such joy!

The Best Paring Knife I Have Seen
I am a former professional chef, and have always loved Wusthof knives. Over the years I have accumulated a set of them, and they are, by far, the most used knives in my kitchen. This knife, a serrated 3-inch paring knife, is particularly useful. I generally use it for dealing with fruits of different varieties, but it is useful in many other versatile ways, too. The knife is razor sharp, and holds its edge well, it is well balanced, and is dishwasher safe (though I normally hand wash it.)

Wusthof knives are the best mass market knives readily available and I recommend them highly. Some people comment on the high cost of these knives, which can be a real turn off, but to these people I say that while the prices are high at first glance, these knives will far outlast any competing cheaper knife they can buy. Buy a Wusthof once, and you are set for life.

1. Not so good
Sure, I didn't expect a mega-super-quality for this price, but at least i didn't think that some tools' handles would be cracked. And the cutting edges are too dull. I can sharpen them, and replace the broken handles, so it'll be possible to work with this tool set, but...
So only 3/5.

2. Garmde manger Set
By looking at the picture I thought I would get both sets for the price listed. I was surprised to see I only got the 22 piece set for that price.
The product is Okay, but like I said before by looking at the picture you thought you got the whole set for the price.

Got this for my dad, who has really gotten into fruit carving. He loves but they couldn't cut cans. Just in case I wanted to cut can this weren't sharp enough to cut cans.

I would of rated this product with 5 stars, but the picture shows a different muddler that it comes with, and if you know what quality is, you would definitely want the muddler in the picture, it is the best you can buy,and not what comes with the kit. Very disappointed.

2. fix the sewing issue
After 2 returns both with the same problem; I have decided to go a different route. The manufacturing or actually more precisely the quality of the pockets are quite inferior. Both times I received a bag with pockets that had not been sufficiently sewn. I contacted Uber Bartools and they relayed that they were unaware of the issue but would look into. I have yet to hear back from them, months later.

For all who mix drinks
An excellent kit with most of the tools needed to mix all types of drinks. High quality tools easy to clean and easy to use. The biggest flaw was the plastic jigger in the kit, which did not look and feel as nice as the rest of the steel tools. There was an easy fix, just buy a steel jigger and remove the plastic one. Strongly recommend.

I have a new Wolf dual fuel with a double griddle we use all the time. It just drove me crazy that Bar Keepers friend, vinegar and water, and many other methods would not clean our griddle surface. This product is amazing. You just heat your griddle and pour the yellow packet 'Quick Clean Liquid' on the warm surface and it just eats all the residue off. You many not even need to scrub. The instructions say to use the entire packet of the 'Quick Clean Liquid', but even with my double griddle, it was way too much. I would only use a half packet for the double griddle surface and a 1/4 for a single griddle (for home use). Your griddle surface will look like the day you bought it with ZERO elbow grease. The manufacturer states you are really supposed to 'season' your griddle and not clean it to where the stainless is shining. I am a clean freak and can't take it for long. I clean our griddle about every other month depending on usage. I have tried everything and this product...

2. Awesome, Unbelievable for something non toxic
I don't like a dirty griddle. I cook and entertain with the range as a center piece. Similar to a Japanese steak house. Guests are not attracted to a well seasoned looking griddle. They just think it's dirty and wince at eating food cooked on it.

The Scotch Brite quick clean griddle system does what it says. Very easy to clean your griddle as advertised. This is an industrial product for sure. You simply will not believe your eyes. What's better, I can understand the label! It's well refined sodium! Not poison... It cleans like the product should be banned from the planet so don't think it's weak.

It does easily strip the seasoning so you'll need to practice or experiment with
oils, shortening, butter, vegalene, whatever. They clean the grill to a sparkle every day at my work and they have mastered the art of a quick season, Nothing sticks, not even omelet's. (after you master the art of quick seasoning)

Great Product; wish it was cheaper
Works like a charm on a Viking residential stove with griddle. Our griddle is the Viking small size that sits between two gas burners on each side. We have used our griddle on a regular basis and only cleaned it by using a scraper. I always considered the griddle well seasoned and not in need of cleaning, but my better half insisted. I've been looking into cleaning solutions for the last year but have hesitated because it seems a little pricy to me. Went ahead and ordered this and in 15 minutes the griddle looked like new. The cleaning solution is poured onto he hot griddle. It bubbles up and with some moderate scrubbing with the scrubbing pad, the solutions makes a black paste with the griddle grime. Then you scrape that mess off the griddle into the grease drain and with a couple of passes with the squeegee, our griddle was silver colored again. Like I said, 15 minutes and it was clean.
